This is a top down view of some parts. on the right is the argon tube of course. Just to the left of that with all the wires is the patch panel for the argon tube. to the left is the second optical rail. Various optics, the fiber output coupler, and adjustable mounts are visisble. When all connected this thing automatically move the optics around for the best performance, lots of precision mirror positioners with feedback and that sort of thing
